Our summer internships give you the opportunity to get valuable hands-on work experience in Norway's largest company. Through the 6-8 weeks internship you will get the chance to widen your professional network and develop yourself on a personal and professional level.

The programme is aimed at candidates who are completing the second year of their Bachelor degree to those in their first year of their Master degree. The purpose is to provide candidates with general work experience. If selected, you will mainly be working in projects related to your field, but you may also get the opportunity to work in other fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work on projects and tasks within energy related disciplines and/or within other parts of the Statoil value chain

  • Engage with some of the world’s foremost technical environments and learn about Statoil and the industry

  • Become familiar with Statoil ASA as a company and understand and identify with our core values

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No more than 1 year of relevant experience (please note research under a PhD are not be considered relevant experience)

  • Have completed at least 2 years of relevant bachelor studies (by start date in July) and are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
