Accenture's Consulting workforce is involved in business consulting, process design work and the application of technologies to business. The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Lasting from June to August, the summer internship starts with an induction that will give you a solid grounding in business and technology consultancy, as well as valuable commercial skills. .

Then you'll embark on a project which could be based anywhere in our business. Rather than just shadowing someone, you'll be a fully-fledged member of the team right from the start, with responsibilities that could involve testing software, conducting research, writing reports or analysing data.

We'll pay you a competitive salary. If you perform well, we may offer you a permanent role with us after you graduate, as we did with several of the summer interns in 2011.

Qualifications
• You'll be in the fourth year of your master's degree.
• You must have achieved very strong academic results, as well as a team oriented and outgoing personality.
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

The summer internship will primarily be located in Oslo.
