Through the summer project, you have a chance to contribute to Telenors daily business as well as become better acquainted with the telecommunications industry and Telenor as an employer. Telenor provides a dynamic work environment where you can grow your ideas, be stimulated by change and continual development, and alongside energetic and passionate people push the boundaries of the telecommunications industry.

The unit consists of 9 persons and is reporting directly to the CEO of Telenor Norway. The team supports the top management of Telenor Norway with key strategic topics.

Some of the key tasks are:

1) Responsible for the Strategy process within Telenor Norway (fascilitation, analytical foundation etc.)

2) Ensure coordinated strategy implementation across Telenor Norway

3) Provide CEO counseling

4) Provide consulting services to the divisions

5) Business development and M&A

The summer interns will support on one or several of the projects that will be ongoing in the unit during the period. As the project portfolio and priorities are changing frequently the concrete projects will be decided directly before the start date of the summer intern. All projects will however be key projects within strategy development and strategy implementation. Examples of projects could be competitor analysis, market forecasts, new services etc.
