As a graduate you will become part of our Business Analysis Group (BAG). BAG is specially designed to give graduates extensive training, close monitoring and quick learning through varied and demanding tasks. As a graduate in BAG you will have the opportunity to work on strategy and transformation projects across our divisions and focus sectors.

Qualifications

General Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or above) with strong academic results
• International experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in Norwegian and English
• The ability to establish and develop professional relationships
• Professional experience and/or voluntary work
• A mix of analytical and creative skills
• Flexibility and mobility
• High personal drive and focus on quality
