An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work with academic related issues and real-life business issues, whilst becoming familiar with Powel.

In Powel, we work to create value to our customers through business critical software for the energy, public and contracting sectors. Our internship project groups reflects the variety of our business areas and are interdisciplinary.

Our interns will receive mentoring from Powel employees while working together in small teams within the overarching theme of “Community Connected”, which is also the name of our user conference this year. We are seeing more and more synergies between the different sectors we work in and through innovative technologies, the internet of things, and the move towards smarter living, we see a Community Connected.

At the end of the six weeks, you will see how all the projects fit together under the main topic.Some students will be assigned the role of project managers for the total project. If you think that sounds interesting, please notify us in your application.

In Powel, we seek the following qualities and qualifications for our interns: Motivated, innovative, and solution oriented students who enjoy learning and has relatively good computer skills. International and domestic students, all ages/levels, and from all educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The internship takes place at Powel’s head office in Trondheim, Norway and lasts for a total of six weeks, starting mid-June, with a break half way through the program.
