The aim of this project is that the student will establish a standarized and optimized protocol for fabricating more complex pillar arrays (or other structures) to be used for cell studies. The student will mainly work with electron beam lithography (EBL) process, but other methods may also be tested, for example greyscale lithography. In addition the student will use SEM to characterize these substrates.

Our team is responsible for important parts of the performance specifications and datasheets for the products. We also investigate and look for ways to improve performance of new and existing products and assist the Application Team with customer support.
